Event Management
At MaYapinion™ LLC, we believe in managing your event alongside your team for the entire lifecycle. We know that each project is unique to each client. However, it’s important to us that we are with our clients from the beginning of the concept to planning then execution and of course, post event activities to ensure success for everyone involved. We believe that a team gets it done and we want to be a part of your team!
Event Logistics
We know the logistical aspects of an event can time consuming and daunting with your other daily tasks. We take pride in identifying what your logistical needs are for each event and removing those items from your workload. Whether it’s selecting the right virtual platform for meetings, running a hybrid event with a strategic run of show and timeline, or simply planning your guest list with an elevated food and beverage experience, we can make it happen for you. Logistics is truly where we shine at MaYapinion™ as we are exceptionally organized and detail oriented. We know that’s what it takes for a successful event.
Event Support
Our team supports you through the entire lifecycle of your event. Whether you are hosting a virtual, hybrid or in-person event, we are with you through the entire process. We manage vendor relations, contract negotiations, budgets, staffing, venue selection, and timeline planning. We are with you from the beginning, but we are onsite day of the event as well. It’s imperative that our team is hands on to ensure the event is successful regardless of what platform you use or if you are virtual, hybrid, or in-person. Our team is skilled and trained to support anything that comes our way for event support and on-site prep, setup, and tear down.

My corporate career began at twenty-two when I was promoted to the corporate office of a major men’s fashion retailer. I had put myself through college working in the retail stores and even run more than one location.
Maya hosts the MaYapinion™ Podcast – The Leadership Podcast for Women, where she shares her journey from Corporate America to Entrepreneurship. She is not afraid to share with her audience about her mistakes, funny stories, and all the knowledge she has learned along the way, in her opinion. She also interviews women who share similar stories that left corporate or “normal” jobs from various backgrounds in search of something more to discuss their opinion on leadership on her weekly show “Motivation Monday with Maya.”
Welcome to Find A Co-Host™, where we are inspiring podcasters to find their perfect co-host match. And, we will even help match you with the right co-host for your podcast. Have you thought about starting a podcast but didn’t want to do it alone? Maybe you started a podcast with a co-host, but then he or she flaked? That’s why we launched this new site and service to help you find the right co-host to take your podcast to the next level.
The Surviving Siblings Podcast launches the first week of March 2022 in honor of Maya’s late brother, Andreas who passed in November of 2016. She will be sharing her story over the past five years after losing her brother in a homicide. Season one will feature her brother’s story and her story in detail. She will be focusing on how it affected her life and how she is now able to step forward and speak openly on the top. She hopes to help all the surviving siblings who she possibly can as they are not alone. Connect with us on social media and our Libsyn page to stay updated on the release date.
