Event Logistics
We know the logistical aspects of an event can time consuming and daunting with your other daily tasks. We take pride in identifying what your logistical needs are for each event and removing those items from your workload. Whether it’s selecting the right virtual platform for meetings, running a hybrid event with a strategic run of show and timeline, or simply planning your guest list with an elevated food and beverage experience, we can make it happen for you. Logistics is truly where we shine at MaYapinion® as we are exceptionally organized and detail oriented. We know that’s what it takes for a successful event.
Event Support
Our team supports you through the entire lifecycle of your event. Whether you are hosting a virtual, hybrid or in-person event, we are with you through the entire process. We manage vendor relations, contract negotiations, budgets, staffing, venue selection, and timeline planning. We are with you from the beginning, but we are onsite day of the event as well. It’s imperative that our team is hands on to ensure the event is successful regardless of what platform you use or if you are virtual, hybrid, or in-person. Our team is skilled and trained to support anything that comes our way for event support and on-site prep, setup, and tear down.

My corporate career began at twenty-two when I was promoted to the corporate office of a major men’s fashion retailer. I had put myself through college working in the retail stores and even run more than one location.
Maya is the host of the MaYapinion® Podcast that has evolved since its inception in April of 2017. The podcast was born when Maya agreed to co-host with her long-time friend and who had been a radio host and expert for over twenty years. Maya shared her personal journey about her experience as a contestant on a reality dating show while losing her brother to a homicide. After three successful seasons, Maya had grown a passion for podcasting, but she knew she wanted her podcast and brand to focus on more than her experience on reality TV.

After another three seasons and over 125 episodes with the relaunch, Maya felt her life being pulled in another direction again. The brand, MaYapinion® , evolved as Maya has a passion for leadership but her passion for entrepreneurship grew rapidly. Although leadership will always be a passion and focus for Maya, she decided to rebrand the MaYapinion® podcast once again to focus more on entrepreneurship. As a founder, this made sense for her and the brand. Don’t worry – Leadership is still a topic and focus for Maya. However, it was time for her to share her story into entrepreneurship after leaving her strong corporate background. A new surprise – She has a new co-host with a fresh perspective and happens to know Maya extremely well.
The Surviving Siblings Podcast launches the first week of March 2022 in honor of Maya’s late brother, Andreas who passed in November of 2016. She will be sharing her story over the past five years after losing her brother in a homicide. Season one will feature her brother’s story and her story in detail. She will be focusing on how it affected her life and how she is now able to step forward and speak openly on the top. She hopes to help all the surviving siblings who she possibly can as they are not alone. Connect with us on social media and our Libsyn page to stay updated on the release date.
